why WeMinds.org

My mission

My name is Ursula Muss -

and why I founded WeMinds.org.

I've been an entrepreneur for 30 years and have worked with many large clients and SMEs. My team and I have naturally experienced all kinds of ups and downs during this time, mastered them together, and at the same time navigated the significant challenges of growth and economic crises, growing from them and sometimes even failing. Of course, that was often not easy.

As the sole lead, I was on the front lines and solely responsible for everything, and I often wished I had a sparring partner: an advisor, a coach—someone who was "all in one." For an exchange of ideas and inspiration on equal footing. But that didn't exist. And certainly not for a woman as an entrepreneur. With We.minds, I want to make that a reality for leaders: providing inspiration, facilitating exchange, sharing knowledge, and finding focus and solutions in extraordinary locations.

Over two years ago, I sold my company. I wanted to start something new and felt that I should pass on my knowledge as an entrepreneur.

So I began the 2-year Mindful Leadership training at the University of Witten-Herdecke and discovered the solution-oriented method Theory U (MIT Massachusetts-Otto Scharmer) along the way.

I want to share my experience and strengths as an entrepreneur, combined with the knowledge gained from both university degrees (MIT - Massachusetts and the humanistic Free University of Witten/Herdecke), with all leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs. I offer concentrated, future-proof knowledge and supported implementation in the form of a sparring partner, consultant, and coach on equal footing, addressing the topics of new leadership and new ways of working, based on current insights from other companies, academic research, and futures studies.

Having experienced it myself as an entrepreneur, I know how important and valuable it is to occasionally dedicate time to focus. To break out of the traditional environment and immerse oneself in completely new, perhaps unusual, settings.

What has always been very important to me is peace and quiet, a moment of reflection. Being able to think things through to the end and receiving input from someone on equal footing.

That's exactly what has always helped me to overcome challenges.

I now pass on my knowledge to executives and entrepreneurs: simply pausing in extraordinary places to find focus.

I want to create opportunities for you to identify your next steps and overcome challenges in extraordinary places and with highly supportive methods.

You will also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded people and exchange experiences. Practical and solution-oriented. Supportive, future-proof, and empowering.
