What's special about these seminars is that we stay in regular contact afterwards, for at least 12 weeks. This is important to truly and sustainably strengthen you in your process. We reflect together through ongoing conversations and proceed step by step, building on our experiences.

Exchanging dos and don'ts. Obstacles will inevitably arise along the way. Having someone by your side for an exchange of ideas and reflection is very helpful.
