We are a group of five people from different parts of Germany. We are diverse, yet have much in common. We quickly realized this when we met at the end of last year as part of the Theory U Lab at MIT Boston, led by Otto Scharmer, to practice the Case Clinic method, which is a component of the lab. Much has happened since that first meeting, and things are still evolving. This will and should remain the case. Together, we have repeatedly experienced the Theory U process and want to begin sharing it.

Specifically, this Theory U-Lab / MIT Boston has given rise to an idea of jointly bringing something to the streets.

At our core, we're about making leadership a new experience. We're about supporting people facing challenges, helping them tackle them with new methods and through experiential learning, thereby creating lasting transformation. Alongside our passion, we all work to make Theory U a sustainable and, above all, experiential tool for guiding organizational transformation across diverse fields. From doctors to entrepreneurs, we come from diverse professions, strengths, and backgrounds. What unites us is the idea of changing something within ourselves and seeing uncertainty not as an enemy, but as a companion.

What has become particularly clear is that we, as people in leadership positions, need to make our past experiences and insights from "traditional" work accessible in order to make transformation and the handling of change tangible and therefore sustainable. This core principle unites us and motivates us to continually refine ideas, discard them, and ultimately, to offer our first seminar at Benediktushof.
