In this very special place.
A very special kind of peace.
I invite you to this special place of peace. One of the oldest still-inhabited Benedictine monasteries in Germany. I myself practiced silence in the monastery during a challenging time, and it was a very enriching experience. I found many answers in this mystical silence.
It doesn't matter at all whether you belong to a religion. It's the pause and the stillness in this special environment, which has existed for many centuries and is filled with the willingness and the message to walk "a path," or rather, one's own path.
Take your first steps here towards a new perception of the outer and inner world. You will discover new paths. Clarity and strength arise from stillness and reflection. This special atmosphere of the abbey will allow you to focus on what is essential.
Aims & Content
I will guide you through the silence with exercises from various mindfulness teachings, so that you can let go and your mind can open up.
I will guide you through this intensive period with the following exercises:
- Silent meditation, walking meditation and exercises from movement theory
similar to Tai Chi & Qi Gong
- Guided silence, writing, dyad, reflection
- Silentium periods in the daily rhythm of the monks
