We will accompany you on a personal and professional development journey, a journey exploring the dynamic interplay between the Rule of St. Benedict and the latest findings in brain research and positive psychology. Our curriculum is not about your position, function, or status within the company, but about you as a person. For this reason, the Upstalsboom curriculum is relevant for everyone, from apprentices to CEOs.

The modules can only be booked as a package. This is partly because the modules build upon each other, and the small number of participants fosters a sense of connection that should not be interrupted. Module content includes: "Developing Awareness: Body, Mind, and Language," "The Personal Guiding Principle – My Inner Compass Part I," "The Personal Guiding Principle – My Inner Compass Part II," "Silentium: Taking Action and Staying in Action," "You and I – The Successful Relationship," and "From I to We – The Successful Community."

The Upstalsboom Practical Days

Exclusively for alumni of the curriculum:

With our new format “The Upstalsboom Practical Days”, we are opening a space for all alumni of the Upstalsboom curriculum to share what they have learned and experienced with like-minded people, to exchange ideas and to network further.

The Upstalsboom Practical Days thrive on a mix of presentations and interactive workshops. Together, we will work on specific topics related to corporate culture, personal development, and leadership, building upon, expanding, and deepening the content of the Upstalsboom curriculum. You will learn proven methodologies that we have successfully implemented throughout our Upstalsboom journey to empower individuals in their personal and professional development.

We are really looking forward to accompanying you for these three days!

⇓ Our goal

Our goal these days is to fill the “Upstalsboom Alumni Greenhouse”, which after 10 years consists of numerous temporary Upstalsboom employees, with a space full of vibrancy, openness and trust, and to create an intensively networked community.

It's about learning from and with each other, sharing new insights and valuable experiences, and thus gaining more clarity for the next steps on your personal journey. Together, we'll create a foundation that will allow you to continue working sustainably on your concerns and issues within the community in the future.

2024 – Course fee €1,390 gross – Accommodation €130 in a single room including breakfast per night / €160 in a double room including breakfast per night – plus meals during the course €304.

Take the initiative to be the initial point of contact for arriving guests, offering a warm welcome and addressing any inquiries they may have. Assist in locating the most suitable available seats and have the privilege of praying with others.
