Through his professional experience as a manager in various roles, Theo Boitor has mastered the overarching management of organizations and, as a leader, has increasingly dedicated himself to shaping transformation processes and the development of people and organizations. For Theo, the balance between meta-reflection and implementation orientation is crucial. With empathetic objectivity, curiosity, and genuine interest in the personality and situation of others, he succeeds in building a trusting relationship on equal footing and opening up a space for reflection and clarification. His philosophy is to support people in (re)discovering their passion for shaping and their effectiveness, and to share his experiences in diverse leadership roles so that they can act courageously and confidently. In addition to process consulting, he leads leadership development programs as a coach and trainer and mentors aspiring systemic organizational consultants in their professional development.
